The bed had a hole down the middle and was hard. On arrival, I found the room uncleaned and long hairs on the bath towels. They nodded and said yes as if they understood, even when I used an English translator, but then ignored me and didn't do what they said they would. My room wasn't cleaned during my stay, which was more than one night. One guy spent two hours arguing on the phone to get a cleaner over, and she was furious about having to do a normal hotel cleaning job. There are much better hotels in Hong Kong at this price, so I wouldn't stay here.

The strong water pressure made for a really nice shower, and the air conditioning worked well. I stayed for 2 nights and suspect they didn't make up my room. The hotel is tiny, with two people at the front desk during the day and one at night. It's in a real residential part of the city, so it may suit people wanting a local experience or needing to be in the area often. It's reasonably clean, but don't expect space: the building is a needle building with five rooms on a floor, and my room was just barely okay for one person. There was only one side to get into the queen bed. The IKEA-style furniture, half-size closet with no door or drawer, lack of a security chain on the room door, and no small safe are worth knowing about. Plan to lock your luggage. I'd call it a 3.5 star hotel.
