The rooms were spacious and gorgeous, and that shower was divine. Breakfast was next level, with a huge thank you to the welcoming staff. They’re busy but always smiling. Kamena, you were so lovely and made my day each morning. You’re a real asset to the company. The location is phenomenal too. I’d happily stay again and would thoroughly recommend it.

My husband and I had a really good first stay at crowne plaza HK, and I’d recommend it to other travelers. Ms Fresa and Ms Natasha were so friendly and helpful, even booking famous restaurants for us. Huge thanks for the excellent service, including the housekeeper on 17th floor. I’ll stay at this crowne plaza HK again next time.

We never actually stayed at the hotel, but Muskan at the front desk was incredibly kind to us. My husband and I had booked another hotel for the wrong date and ended up lost at 2 a.m. With nowhere else having rooms, we came here hoping for help. The hotel was fully booked, but Muskan, who is originally from Nepal, patiently helped us look for other hotels and showed us how to download booking apps. She was busy and still went well beyond what she had to do, with real warmth and professionalism. She saved our night. We saw the service firsthand, and we’ll choose this hotel next time we’re in Hong Kong. Thank you, Muskan!

The buffet breakfast had good variety and service, though I’d like more vegetarian choices to balance things out. We usually stay at the Crowne Plaza whenever we visit Hong Kong. This time the cleaners missed the liquid soap container one day, and the bed wasn’t made on the last day. Both were minor issues.
