Eco Tree Hotel Sheung Wan

Tiffany and Candace were especially helpful when I and some other guests arrived at odd times and needed changes to our reservations. The staff really went out of their way to sort out the logistics. It's a great choice in a lovely central area, and I can't wait to come back!

The location was fantastic, right beside Sai Ying Pung MTR station. I got upgraded to an incredible suite. Just wish I could've stayed longer to enjoy it!

The location is a real highlight, with easy access to Sai Ying Pun Station and other transport. I stayed four nights at Eco tree sheung wan this week. Check-in is available at midnight, though you use a different entrance then. All the staff were nice, even late at night, and the shower pressure was better than at any other hotel I've stayed in. If you're visiting Hong Kong, I'd say stay here.

My main problem came on the last day of my week-long stay: the AC stopped working, and the whole floor was humid and suffocating, so I checked out early. Breakfast options nearby are also very limited, apart from a small cafe. The Wi-Fi was good, though the signal may be weaker depending on the room. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable, and housekeeping came every day. The hotel is right beside the MTR, with a small park next door, plus bus and ding-ding stops nearby for getting into the city or to Kennedy Town. If you're carrying heavy bags, use MTR exit A1, which has a lift up to street level. The lobby is on the 7th floor and guest rooms start on the 8th. Someone is always at reception, but they rarely interact unless you ask for something. Tom Cheung from the security team was the one friendly person I found, and he was on the ground floor during the day.
