Giada Central Serviced Apartment

I’ve spent two months trying to get my deposit back, and they still haven’t returned it. They ignore every request, with no calls or emails and no sign of taking responsibility. It feels as if they don’t care about clients or their money. This company has been an absolute nightmare for me. I’d stay well away if you value honesty and peace of mind. Dealing with them will cost you time, nerves, and money. They have no respect for people.

The room we eventually saw smelled strongly of mold, and the whole appointment was handled badly. I’d contacted the client service team to arrange a viewing, but when we arrived on time there was nobody at the front desk, just a phone number. The man who answered seemed to have been asleep. He said there was no room to view and hung up. I had to call client service, and after we waited a while they sent someone to show us a room. It seemed clear that the front desk and client service hadn’t communicated about the appointment. The management was unprofessional and unreliable, and the room was bad. DO NOT ever stay there.

The service team was great and communicated well before check-in. I also liked how bright the living area was, and the bedrooms felt roomy and comfortable, with big beds and soft sheets. It’s a convenient place to stay in a busy city, but the area around the apartment is quiet.

The location made getting around easy, with Sheung Wan MTR only a three-minute walk away. I stayed for a month and really enjoyed it. The apartment was much larger than I expected for Hong Kong, and the staff were friendly and quick to respond whenever we had questions. I’d definitely recommend it.
