The room is very small. It works for a solo traveler, but it's cramped for a couple.

I paid in full through trip.com, but when I arrived they kept me waiting for an hour just to check in. Then they changed my room from the 10th floor to the 16th. I went up to the 16th and was told to go back to the 10th, where they said they no longer had a room available. In the middle of the night, after paying and waiting, I found out I couldn't stay. What is wrong with this hotel? They didn't refund me and said trip.com would do it, but this was a non-refundable booking.

The room was falsely advertised and very small. The bed was basic, with just one blanket and a thin bedsheet that wasn't changed until checkout. The bathroom was tiny and smelled of sewage, and towels cost 20$ HKD. There were cockroaches crawling around, so bring bug spray if you decide to stay.
