We loved our stays at the Disneyland Hong Kong hotel, and have been back a couple of times because the property is beautiful and a lot of fun. The staff were friendly, the rooms were great, and our Seaview room with a balcony lived up to the promise. The gorgeous view made it so peaceful to sit outside. We also really enjoyed the pool and gym. The kids especially liked the heated indoor pool while it was cold outside. One thing I don't understand is why hotel guests don't get 30 minutes or an hour of early entry, like at Shanghai Disney and other Disney parks. Still, we loved staying here.

The Victorian-style design is lovely, and the place feels elegant and magical from the moment you arrive. Everything looked clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful stay at the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel last school holiday, and will visit again.

The hotel has an elegant Victoria-style look with a touch of Disney that isn't overdone, and the service was top-notch. Our room was huge by Hong Kong standards and beautifully decorated. We had a balcony where we could sip coffee and watch the sunset over the ocean. The hotel's restaurants were decent. The park is within walking distance, though there's also a shuttle.

The buffet was a real treat, with plenty of choice and everything from made-to-order omelets to pastries. The Mickey waffles were especially fun. It’s an easy walk to the parks, and the hotel has a cheerful feel throughout. The rooms were very comfortable, and the Disney details were sweet without being too much. It costs a bit more, but the service and convenience made it worthwhile. We’ll be back.

We spent two nights at Kingdom Club for our kid’s birthday and had a lovely time. Breakfast and the evening drinks were great. When we needed a business center and there wasn’t one available, Benjamin stepped in and set up a table with snacks and drinks so we could get our work done. He went above and beyond. Thanks, Benjamin!
