10/10
The staff were very friendly and helped me get to the airport on time when protests and civil unrest were happening around Causeway Bay. I stayed for one night, and they surprised me with an upgrade because it was my first time at the hotel. The bed was comfortable, the washroom was large, and there was plenty of room for one or two people. It's only a four-minute walk from Causeway Bay Station MTR. Even though it's not a five-star hotel, I had a wonderful stay.

The room is great and the location is marvelous. Staff were helpful and very polite, especially the concierge. The bed's mattress felt too firm, though the two pillow choices, one firm and one soft, were great. Even with the do not disturb sign up, cleaning staff kept knocking. It could have been 4.5 stars if the bar waiter had been polite. He literally asked what I was doing there.

The lounge bar has an afternoon buy-one-get-one promotion worth trying. The bartender made a good cocktail, and the staff were friendly. The room was dusty, as if nobody had stayed there for quite a while, and the air ducts in both the bedroom and bathroom were full of dust. They need to improve the cleanliness.

The room was spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It's in a very good location, with the free airport shuttle from HK station to the Regal hotel just around the corner. I'll definitely come back.

The room was clean and practical, though small. Two people can sleep comfortably, and the employees are nice. Breakfast is a little too simple. The location is very good, perfect for a week-long stay.
