The best thing is how close the hotel is to the MTR, ferry pier, and airport bus. The ferry to Kowloon or Huang Hom was a very good experience, and the schedule is in the images. For airport bus A12, turn right from the hotel, then left, walk straight, and turn left again. It goes straight to the airport in under 1 hour. There’s another nearby airport bus that takes about 1.5 hours, so make sure you get the right one. My sea view from the 9th floor was nice, but the room was very small and had no soundproofing. I could clearly hear people talking outside. The hotel didn’t provide bottled water or slippers. Breakfast was okay, nothing special, but not bad.

The room was really tiny, which we already knew when we booked, and the air conditioning was too powerful for it. It also caused a lot of moisture for some reason, so we had to leave it off. Still, we had a good stay. The water view was lovely, and the team were always welcoming and helpful, with a smile. The location is excellent, right by the train station with lots of shopping and restaurants nearby.

We arrived around 11 a.m. after checking out elsewhere and got into our room early without any hassle. The standout was the service: everyone was professional and helpful. When we asked for an extra pillow, it arrived within minutes, and when I requested a room change around 10 p.m., the staff quickly moved us from the 28th floor to the 9th. My wife had felt uneasy at that height and couldn’t sleep. The first room was compact but had a spectacular view. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. A fruit basket and two cartons of water were nice touches. There were stains on the bathroom wall-tile grout, but that was minor. One suggestion: two chairs instead of one would be more comfortable for both of us.
