The location made getting around easy, with shopping malls, parks, restaurants, the MTR and buses nearby. I also loved the shared balcony, especially at night when the lights were on and the harbour looked great. My room had a clever setup: the bed folded away to make a bench, and the table could slide against the wall. There was a cute cooler, a roomy cabinet, a great shower, strong air conditioning, a safe, and a coffee maker that made my mornings. The kitchen is on the 4rth floor, so I didn't cook much because of the distance, but I still had a great stay. The two shared toilets worked well, and the room was cleaned daily. Sheets and towels were changed weekly. When I left my key card in the room, they responded right away. They were also quick to answer my questions and sort out problems. I highly recommend it.

The view is the one redeeming feature, and even that is only available from the two suites at the end. In person, the place didn't live up to the pictures: the toilet is shared, the bed is rock hard, and the sheets felt questionable. The so-called towels were basically large sheets of packaged kitchen towel.

The shared balcony overlooking the sea was amazing, and I got lucky with great weather. Customer service was responsive and helpful too. I booked a small suite and really liked the space-saving design. The bed folds up, and you can put down a painting to turn the area into a work desk. The room is small, but that's Hong Kong, and for the price I can't complain. I'll be back next month.
