We first stayed three days in December 2023 after booking through agoda. The room was quiet, clean, in good condition, and we were satisfied enough to return in December 2025 as walk-ins. This time the room was only acceptable: some leather was torn, and the bathroom sliding doors were worn and seemed due for maintenance. It’s a decent option if you’re visiting Sham Shui Po, though we may not return.

I stayed for a week, and while the price made sense for a three-star hotel, the room was much dirtier than it looked online. The TV was covered in smudges, the toilet had stains, and the drawers were dusty, dirty, and in some cases rusty. It smelled strange and felt very humid. The doors needed a hard slam to shut, and with thin walls, the noise made sleeping in the morning difficult. It did the job if you’re saving money, but I wouldn’t choose another three-star hotel, and if you have a choice, skip this one.

Generally serviceable, with clean pillows, sheets, and bed. Room 605 was quiet despite facing the main road, and the window brought in good daylight. It’s an easy short walk from the station, with plenty of food options, two grocery stalls, and a 7-11 around the corner. The nearest MTR is two stops from the shopping area. There were plenty of room problems, though. Doors shut themselves with a loud slam, making it hard to sleep when neighbors came and went at night. The clothes cupboard was dusty and moldy, so I wouldn’t hang clothes in it. Some furnishings were old, discolored, or rusty, and there was no rack for airing a jacket. Several lights were broken and many buttons seemed to do nothing. The AC blew right at the bed, which would be difficult for anyone with a sensitive nose.

The beds and shower were the only good parts. The room had a smell, the drawers and cupboards were dirty and rusty, and the TV was covered in fingerprints.
