Where do I even start? There was mold, and I felt like it was growing in my lungs. Rainwater and trash sat in a giant pool left unattended, with mosquitoes breeding in it and then biting you while you sleep. During every storm, water poured from the ceiling onto clothes and electronics. Management denied repairs unless you took them to court. There were constant late-night parties with drunk Filipino friends of the on-site personal, who I felt were acting like perverts. Some were workers and cleaners at the site. The drama and fights between renters and management, or drunken late-night brawls, meant police showed up every day if you were around to see it. The young assistant manager was the only person doing her job, trying her best to resolve issues while working 24/7. The manager was never there, apparently to avoid conflict. Every Sunday morning on the Block 2 rooftop, you'd find leftover cocaine, a pipe with drugs still in it, unopened beer bottles and trash that looked unreal. The bed bugs will travel around the world with you, and the mold and fever from mosquito bites will make sure you remember your stay at Mini Studio ^^

For four days in a row, starting last Friday, there was no hot water despite the chilly weather. The landlord wouldn't let the utilities inspect things until the police showed up. It was left to me, as a sub-tenant, to contact HK electricity and towngas for help. The landlord was really irresponsible.

Clean and cozy, and the price is affordable. Seems handy for travelers, or anyone wanting to save money during a stay of a couple of months.

A scam, awful and like robbery. There's not even water to flush with. This place should be shut down by the police very soon.
