The Luxe Manor

Alan at the front desk was especially helpful when we tried to register a SIM card. It was a tedious process, but he kept at it through multiple attempts until it finally worked. Thank you, Alan! Cary, the concierge, also helped us book a taxi to the airport. This was our fourth visit to The Luxe Manor, after enjoying previous stays, and we had a pleasant time in January 2026. The rooms were clean. The amenities were sufficient, including wooden combs and toothbrushes, and the shower had good water pressure. Like many hotels, they no longer provide plastic water bottles and instead offer a jug, with a Watsons water dispenser near the lift. I didn't take close-up photos of the amenities. Breakfast was included and decent, with Eggs Benedict a favorite. Western options are definitely their specialty. The hotel is in a good area with lots of eateries within walking distance. We'd happily return to Hong Kong and stay here again.

Venus took time to help me sort out my mobile internet connection, and the staff were welcoming and friendly throughout. Great service! I spent three nights here with my cousin. The room was clean overall, though a little small and dark, and the amenities were somewhat limited. The location is very convenient for shopping and good restaurants.

On our last day in HK, Mdm Cary patiently explained the different ways to get to the airport from luxe manor hotel. She clearly went through the options, quickly checked maps and prices, and helped us settle on a 6 seater taxi. She contacted the driver and confirmed all the details for us. We could also leave our luggage at the hotel after checkout, where it was stored safely. The driver was nice, the car fit all our bags well, and I'd strongly recommend him. Damm good.

Chris, who I believe may be the manager, was especially warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. The whole team made us feel welcome, and we would happily stay again. We were travelling with my husband's family, so it was lovely that staff upgraded their rooms too and arranged for us all to stay on the same floor. When we mentioned at check-in that we were on our honeymoon, the hotel surprised us with a room upgrade. The spacious, comfortable rooms and the location near restaurants and shopping centres made the trip convenient and extra special.
