Nina Hotel Island South

The hotel’s fitness room and outdoor pool were well maintained. I also remember an older female housekeeper who was very friendly and clearly did her best. The interior, views, and bathroom were all nice and clean, though the bed wasn’t very soft. The location is convenient for MTR and buses, and works well for a southern vacation near several attractions. The area gets quieter late at night. The building is good and the interior is decent. I’d asked for a large bed in my booking message and room request, but they said that room type was full and couldn’t accommodate me. If you have a particular room in mind, it’s better to contact the hotel directly.

There’s a bus stop basically right outside the door 🚪. The room had a big bed, lots of space, and a great shower. I also liked the fresh water refill station on every floor. The little gym was great, and the buffet breakfast was pretty good.

The rooms are nice, and it’s good value if you’re looking to stay near Ocean Park. It’s less convenient if you want to be near HK Central or Kowloon, though the metro gets you around affordably and easily. Just be aware it’s a long walk between Central and HK stations when changing lines.
