They do let you leave your luggage for free for a little while as you go around before or after your stay. I booked one night on the train to Hong Kong, but only learned then that check-in before 15:00 wasn't allowed under their rules. In heavy rain, my taxi couldn't stop in front of the hotel, so I had to get out in the rain. When I asked about it, the attitude was very bad and rude. The pillowcase didn't look clean enough, but I didn't mind because the room was for two people and I could use the other set. The next day I switched to another nearby hotel in the same price range, and it was much better.

Leaving luggage with the hotel concierge costs per suitcase, per day. I booked a king size bed but was given a double bed. The location is far from everywhere, even though the price is like a hotel in the city center. I really regret staying here. Better not to stay.

The reception staff were okay, and when we found small problems in the room we were given at check-in, they promptly moved us to another one. The rooms are small but comfortable. The rest of the staff weren't good: one day I spent a good ten minutes trying to ask housekeeping for an extra towel because he couldn't understand what I needed. We'd booked a room with complimentary breakfast, but at the restaurant we learned that breakfast meant only four slices of bread with butter, two per adult. We also had our three-year-old baby with us. Things got worse when my wife asked for jam. The waitress took away the little butter portion she'd been given and only then gave her the jam portion. I've never had this kind of experience at another hotel.

The free breakfast that was included was actually just a coupon for one of three meals, and the meals were adequate. The rooms were uncomfortable and clearly not well maintained. I moved rooms three times, and each one smelled of smoke and hadn't been cleaned properly. There were stains on the walls, rust and mold in the bathroom, and the beds weren't comfortable. The hotel was unhygienic, inconveniently located, and overpriced. Do not book.
