Being right in the center of Tsim Sha Tsui was a real plus. The train station is a two-minute walk away, and everything is easy to get to. For the price, the stay was acceptable, though expectations need managing since Hong Kong is generally expensive for tourists. I’d give it 3/5. The room wasn’t very clean, the A/C was weak, and some towels, linens, and the doona smelled unpleasant and looked dirty. The building was also awkward to get around: the elevators are small and always crowded, so using them takes patience and time. Reception is on the 13th floor, then you have to change elevators to reach the room. Ours was on the 14th, which made the busy elevator situation even more of a hassle. I was disappointed that the inn didn’t look like its promotional photos. Based on our stay, the Agoda ads were somewhat misleading.

The room worked well for our family of four, and it had the water heater we always prefer. Reception staff were all courteous and accommodating. The location was great, with easy access to all transportation.

The room was spacious and good, and the host was friendly and accommodating. The location is great too, close to Victoria Harbour and the other tourist spots.

The room was tiny and dirty, with cockroaches crawling in the toilet and nowhere to hang towels in the bathroom. It looked nice in the pictures, but this was the dirtiest hotel we’ve stayed in. We moved somewhere else because we couldn’t sleep at night. The lift was broken, and there was a long queue to get upstairs 😁

The self check-in directions were simple to follow, so arriving was smooth and hassle-free. The place was clean and comfortable, and I had a good stay. It was easy to relax there after a long day.
