Good location, and the rooms are clean, but they’re extremely small. A double is a tight fit for two people; two single beds might be better, since that room looked a little bigger. The toilet is even smaller.

We couldn’t sleep because dust mites in the bed and blanket bit us all night. They need to wash the blanket and clean the bedsheet.

The beds were comfortable, and you can tuck your suitcase underneath. The inside may look a bit messy, but the room itself was fine. It’s on the 13th floor, and finding your way through Mirador Mansion can feel confusing or unsafe. I thought it was pretty safe, though. Take the uneven lift, not the even one, or you’ll end up on the wrong floor. Late check-in went smoothly: you can call and the owner opens the door remotely. There are instructions in several languages, and the rooms are cleaned every day. The location is excellent for shopping and transport, with the subway entrance right beside the building. There are plenty of bars nearby, a 24h McDonalds for after a night at Knutsford Terrace, and a 7 eleven near one of the exits where you can buy water. Do buy a few bottles. I think the owner was watching videos while I was sleeping in, and it disturbed my sleep a bit. Also, my friend was put in a place on the 6th floor while I was on the 13th. Since I was on an odd-numbered floor, I couldn’t take a direct elevator to his floor, which was inconvenient. Still, I’d stay here again. It was a fine stay.

The hotel was clean and pleasant, right downtown, with a nice view over one of Hongkong's main streets.
