The rooms are small, but the location is handy: the A21 airport bus and the subway are both nearby. This is a guesthouse in an old building where the owner's family lives, with a manager on the first floor. It was spotless, with clean amenities and floors and toilet, and there was no smell of smoke. The water heater is above the toilet. Hot water lasts about 8 minutes, which just about got me through a February shower, though it felt pretty cold near the end. The door is very heavy, so I imagine it helps with soundproofing and may also be fire-resistant.

The owner was very friendly, and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom is a little narrow but works fine, and there are all the usual items, including extension cords and hair dryers. The accommodation is on the 5th floor of the National Court building, near Jordan Station's Exit B1. There are three elevators, divided between odd and even floors, and the wait wasn't long. No deposit was required.
