We stayed for six nights last December 2018. The room was clean in general, though it wasn't hotel standard. They changed the bedding and towels every day, and put in mothballs, but you could ask them to take those out. Our corner room, number 7, had two beds. It was small, including the toilet, but enough for us. The building had enough staff monitoring the area, and there was working CCTV, though the guesthouse had no staff at night. There was a double lock. You're mainly responsible for your own personal safety. The location was a big plus: close to the MTR, Star Ferry Terminal, China Ferry Terminal, and A21 bus stops, with #13/#14 from the airport and #5 to the airport. Communication in English was good, and the staff were responsive and accommodating. Free internet worked too. Based on our experience, I highly recommend this guesthouse. Hope this helps.

The rooms and bathroom space are small, but this is a decent low-budget guesthouse. Staff were cooperative, and it's close to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station.

Hi Ower, I can't get through by phone. I booked three nights for 09\09-12\09, but when I arrived, someone said there was no booking. Your company still charged me for all three days of accommodation. Please contact me and refund the payment.

This is the worst guest house I've ever come across. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

Even by Hong Kong standards the room was tiny. The two beds took up all the space.
