The customer service was bad enough that I’m scared to stay here again and wouldn’t book it in future. The receptionist was rude and wouldn’t explain why I was charged an extra 120HKD. I had already booked and paid through a third-party provider, and the additional booking wasn’t late. I’d asked for another room because the first one was crowded. He refused to give me the key even though I’d paid. Staff should respect a customer’s choice of payment provider instead of insisting on what they want. I don’t recommend International Inn in hongkong.

We booked a room on agoda with much more space, but got a far smaller one with a smelly bathroom. Water was overflowing onto the bathroom floor, and the room was so cramped you couldn’t shower without wetting the sink and toilet. We left to find somewhere else. Never book this place, it’s a scam.

The biggest hassle was waiting a long time for the elevator, though that’s an issue with the building, not the hotel. The rooms are small but clean and neat, and you get what you pay for. Staff were friendly and the service was very good. Ask for Kevin if you need help or have questions. It’s a good location, with Tsim Sha Tsui station a minute away and plenty of businesses nearby. It was the cheapest hotel I could find around there, and I’d stay again if I returned to Hong Kong.

The staff are really nice, and the place is clean, with free wifi, a mini fridge and a hot-and-cold water cooler in the hall. The single-bed rooms are suitable for one person only, so don’t put two people in one. The two-bed rooms looked better, even though the beds were smaller.
