The service was the worst part. When we complained that the room was hot at 27 degrees, the receptionist laughed. She said a technician would come that evening, but nobody came. We followed up twice, and were lied to both times. When we asked for a basic power adapter, staff reacted with visible anger and aggression. We also saw the receptionist take phones from guests who were leaving and write fake five-star reviews. Based on what we saw, I wouldn’t trust the high ratings. There was also an unexpected mandatory cleaning fee of 163 HKD that wasn’t mentioned when we booked, so the low price is misleading. The cramped room was very noisy, the air conditioning barely worked, and the advertised USB ports and international sockets didn’t work either. The place is dirty and loud, and the staff rely on deception instead of hospitality. It’s near the metro, but I’d choose any other hotel in the area.

Rooms are small but tidy, and the price is reasonable. The staff were generally kind, and it’s a good base for exploring Hong Kong. For check-in, go to floor 16 using the left elevator in building A. Enter the complex from the main road, then turn left after you pass the money exchanges.

Uncomfortable and dirty. There was hair on the sheets, and it was still there after we asked several times for them to be changed. I don’t think the sheets get cleaned here at all. At least I haven’t gotten bedbugs, so far.

The location is easily the best thing here. The entrance has strangers around, the elevator can take several tries, and the room and bathroom are extremely tiny, so you need a LOT of patience. At least it was clean.
