The staff were welcoming and kind, and the room was very clean and had everything we needed, even though it felt small. I was unsure about the building at first, but after seeing the challenges of Hong Kong, I felt the owner had done the best they could. We were there for only two nights, but it was a really good experience and better than I expected for the price.

The beds and pillows were so comfortable, the best I’ve ever had. Our room was clean and not too big, but perfectly fine, and Linda was lovely and really helpful. It’s a great spot for tourists, close to attractions. I’d come back just because of Linda and recommend the place wholeheartedly.

We booked Victoria Inn for two women traveling together, and it suited us well for location, budget, safety, comfort, and cleanliness. It’s in the city center, near tourist attractions, bus stops, and TST MTR station. The room had a heated shower, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a hair blower, power adapter, refrigerator, and TV. Room service was excellent: the bedsheets, pillowcases, and towels were changed every day. The staff were friendly and approachable, and Ms. Linda helped us throughout the stay and answered all our questions clearly. I agree with its high online rating, give it 5/5, and would recommend it to other budget travelers.

I stayed for a week and loved it 🤣. The room was small, but that was fine with us since every room in HK is small. It had a refrigerator, air conditioner, hair dryer, hot water, soap, shampoo, and even toothbrushes. They also offered free drinking water to refill, plus complimentary coffee and tea in the kitchen, and we could use the microwave 👍🏼😁. The room was so clean I couldn’t spot a single hair 🤣. The staff were really nice and speak English fluently, so it felt very tourist-friendly 🥰.

The staff were so kind and friendly, and my family loved staying here. The room was really nice and had amenities like tissues, slippers, shampoo, and body wash. It’s very close to the metro and star’s street. I loved this hotel and recommend it. See you again ❤️
