My room on the 22nd floor felt quite humid. There was dust on the carpet, and the bedding and bed both felt damp, so I hope the hotel will improve the room condition. The hotel is conveniently placed for reaching both the city center and main roads.

The room felt colder than it was outside during my four-night stay in Jan 2026. When I asked reception whether there was heating, they said there wasn’t. On the plus side, Airport Express Kowloon Station is only a few minutes away on foot, though you may want another option if you have lots of luggage or large bags.

It's a clean, non-smoking hotel throughout. The toilet bowl was blocked, but they dealt with it quickly while I was out. By the time I got back to the room that evening, it was clear.

I stayed for three days and overtime, and every time I asked for a service, they said no. I never once heard a yes from them. Such a pathetic hotel, and the staff are third class. There’s no common washroom in the lobby, and even after I asked twice, the linen wasn’t changed.

The MTR and bus station are both within walking distance, which makes this a good location.
