Super Guest House

We were four women and didn't feel safe with so many Indian men outside the building. The place smelled awful when we entered, and the room was too cramped for two people to move around properly. The building itself was very old and dirty. Its tiny lift took a long time, only went to the 16th floor, and our room was on the 17th, so we had to carry our luggage up one floor past garbage. We had booked three nights but stayed just one, gave up the money for the other two, and left the next day in a panic. We immediately moved to another hotel nearby. It was a terrible experience, and we would never come back or recommend it, especially to women.

The guesthouse is conveniently close to TST, but the building is old and noise comes through easily. The room is so small I couldn't open my suitcase unless I put it on the bed.

The musty smell in the room lingered, and the stained carpets and dated furniture badly needed attention. Staff seemed unenthusiastic and unprofessional from the moment I arrived, which made me uncomfortable right away. The amenities were poor, and the Wi-Fi was so unreliable I couldn't work or do even simple things online. The whole place felt grim, and I couldn't wait to leave. Easily the worst hotel stay of my life. I'd strongly advise people to avoid it.

I spent two nights here, and it was a terrible stay. They advertise 24-hour check-in, but I waited outside for two hours before reception opened the door. Then the receptionist asked for $46 in service charges. I handed over $50 and wasn't given any change. The toilet had urine all over it when I got into the room. I complained, and the receptionist looked furious. This has been my worst experience so far. Stay away, the service was bad and it felt like a scam.
