Waveflo Hostel

I liked staying here. The quality is really good for the price, and the service was nice too. They always replied quickly and helped us with whatever questions we had 👍🏻

We booked a private room for two, with a private bathroom and one double bed listed on Booking.com. Instead, there was one single bed for us in a room with 10 beds and a shared bathroom. That was nothing like what we paid for or expected. On arrival, the “hostel” turned out to be a cramped room in a strange building, with a tiny entrance that felt sketchy. The name was barely legible, just written in pen on a tag on the door. When we contacted the emergency number, a woman named Kitty was unresponsive and seemed indifferent. At 1am she told us to contact Booking.com, leaving us stranded. We had to scramble to find another hotel, which was a nightmare on its own. We’ve tried reaching both the hostel and Booking.com for help, but got no response. It felt like a rip-off and a waste of time. Avoid WAVELO HOSTEL.

I went there looking for a room, but couldn’t find any way to get into the hostel. I tried calling and nobody answered.

I couldn’t make the planned trip, so I politely asked the hostel to let me cancel without a penalty, since Booking had given me that option. I never got a reply. The staff didn’t seem willing to help, though they were quick to send very long automated messages.
