The service was really poor. There's no lift, and the hotel was under renovation. We paid to extend our stay and asked to keep the same room. They agreed, but on the day itself they told us, very rudely, to move to another one. They said, “instead of wasting your time arguing about this here, it’s better to go up stairs and pack your baggage and move to the new room”

There was major construction at the hotel, with workers making noise constantly from 7 a.m. until 9 or 10 p.m. Forget getting daytime rest or sleep. The hotel didn't disclose this until the booking couldn't be canceled, then got me to sign that I'd been informed. The staff don't speak English at all. Rooms aren't cleaned unless you put the cleaning tag outside. HANTING as a chain seems a bit shady to me. BEWARE.

The location made it easy to get around, and the room was really comfortable. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I was very happy with my stay and highly recommend the hotel.

The room was nice, and the price was reasonable. It's a little far from the city center, but I'd still recommend it.
