I stayed for three days. The bathroom was very dirty on the first day, and there were no towels the next day, so we waited two hours for them. There were guys smoking at reception. It was the worst experience I've had in China. When I left my suitcase at reception and went to collect it, they may charge an extra fee. They threatened to call the police when I refused. We paid 188rmb and left because I had to catch my plane. Definitely don't choose this place.

I called twice to book a reservation, and both times they hung up on me very quickly. They should hire staff who speak English.

The room was too cold, and there was no good way to heat it. I asked for a second card so I could leave the light on while I was out and have the room warm when I got back at night. Still, the first night was freezing.

The hot water wasn't consistent, but apart from that, everything was fine.
