When I reported the problems at the front desk, they said that this level of service was to be expected because I'd booked at a discounted rate. That response was unacceptable and unprofessional. The room itself smelled strongly unpleasant, the toilet was clogged, and the shower drain was blocked. The air conditioning didn't work at all, so it was unbearably hot. The facilities were old and in bad shape, nothing like I'd expect from a four-star hotel. I won't come back and can't recommend it.

The food is good, and the rooms come with an electric kettle and a computer. The rooms themselves are good too.

The air conditioning really isn't adequate. The hotel is decent and in a very good location. Breakfast comes with tablecloths, though there could be more variety. There was just one carafe of tea, and the first time I had to ask for it to be prepared.
