Angsana Zhuhai Hengqin

The kids loved all the duck themed items in the bduck suit, and the rooftop track where they could pedal little cars was a nice extra. We had three rooms, with three Japanese style toilets, a large balcony, three TVs, and some privacy for the adults. The suite was great for our family, and breakfast had fantastic options. There were plenty of DIDIs and taxis to get around zhuhai, even though the location is a little out of the way. The hotel felt a bit empty at times, perhaps because my family and I stayed during the week.

The staff gave it their all preparing food and serving us, even though the hotel didn’t seem very full. Well done! It’s close to Chimelong theme park and the hotel has a shuttle, but it doesn’t start until 10am, so taking a taxi is better. I’d highly recommend staying here if you visit Zhuhai.

All the staff are well trained. It’s a great place to get away and hide out. The spa on the 5th floor is a must try if you’re staying at Angsana 🥰

Angsana has a distinctly Thai resort feel, and the rooms were spacious and first class. I had a good time swimming, though the indoor pool’s air circulation felt a little poor. For a hotel this big, I was surprised there wasn’t an outdoor pool too. I stayed for a night in early June. My friend drove north from Hong Kong, parked in Hengqin, Zhuhai, and then parked in the hotel lot without paying. The location is quite remote, with no large shopping malls nearby that I could find, so getting to one meant taking a taxi.
