The bathroom lights could be brighter, but otherwise I thought the place was wonderful. It's a different kind of hotel, and the staff are very nice. I'd especially recommend the suite, which is larger and comfortable, with its own hot tub.

A great place for the price, with good bathrooms and food.

The pool is nice, the breakfast is delicious, and Marcela's service is excellent. The coffee park is a 20-minute walk away. This works as a good stopover, but I wouldn't choose it for a longer stay. The Wi-Fi is very average, and there isn't a TV.

The food was very good, thanks to the cooks, and the place was spotless. The service from the rest of the team was also very good, and we felt welcome. But the chalet manager treated us rudely. It wasn't even midnight, and she scolded us like children instead of politely asking us to keep our laughter down. We would have understood a respectful request. Telling us to do whatever we wanted was unpleasant. She should be offered customer service training, and give guests good recommendations so they want to return. It wouldn't hurt to ask her a favor. Thank you.

The stay was very good and affordable, just 40,000 pesos a night, though service could be better. We had one issue: they tried to blame us for a towel they hadn't given us. And watch out for the iguana, it bites.
