The location was gorgeous, and although it was a little remote, that's what my group and I had been looking for. My stay exceeded my expectations. The staff were lovely and accommodating, and even though the menu wasn't very vegan-friendly, they managed to work something out for me.

The owners and his wife were very welcoming and friendly. The room was large and comfortable, and the shower had a strong flow. The surrounding scenery and views were magnificent, and the location was great. Every meal I had was excellent, worthy of a five-star place, but you have to order in advance so they can get the ingredients and prepare it. Breakfast is at 7 a.m. and dinner at 7 p.m.; with so few employees, you can't eat at other times. I'd happily return to this same area. It reminded me of an Aman resort, though it doesn't quite match one.

We had a really good stay. The owners and staff were polite and helpful, and gave us useful tips on places to visit around the coffee region. Breakfast was a highlight, with lots of local dishes made from local ingredients. Definitely recommended!

The service was attentive and professional, and the tasteful room furnishings felt carefully chosen. Fruit trees around the property add a lovely touch. It’s a peaceful rural setting, and the facilities are elegant, with attention given to the details.

The food was good, and the staff were incredibly friendly and ready to help at any time. It’s a great base in Colombia’s “Eje Cafetero,” close to some of the region’s best activities. I’d highly recommend staying here.
