Hotel Vermon

It's an affordable place to stop for a night, but the area is one of the city's more problematic spots. At night, the sense of insecurity is hard to ignore.

The staff are attentive and the service is quite good. The location works well, and there was less street noise than I expected. I don't remember seeing car parking, though motorcycles can park in the garage below the hotel for a fairly low fee. The room isn't especially spacious for the price, but it doesn't feel cramped either. More airflow, maybe with a fan, would help. I'm not sure whether there's an elevator; I doubt it. It's three flights of stairs, around 40 steps or probably fewer, which may be a lot for someone with reduced mobility.

Right across from Éxito in the city center, the location is one of my favorite things. It's clean and pleasant, close to everything, and the prices are reasonable. It has all the services you need, including a hot shower, and the manager provides excellent service.

The rooms are really comfortable, and the staff are warm and attentive. Excellent service all around. I'd highly recommend it for a relaxing family getaway.
