Hotel San Miguel Barichara Campestre

We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay. I stayed in the cabin, which had everything we needed, and the surroundings are amazingly beautiful. The rooms are clean and lovely, there’s a swimming pool, and the breakfast was healthy and good. The service near Barichara is outstanding.

It’s a peaceful place.

The hotel’s welcoming, spacious, natural feel made it easy to disconnect, and both the rooms and common areas were excellent. Staff were warm and attentive from the moment we arrived, and that level of service made a real difference. Breakfast was delicious and very complete, a perfect start to each day. I’d definitely recommend it for a peaceful getaway with top-notch service.

We spent a long weekend there, including a holiday. I found the hotel on Instagram, where it was listed at $170,000 COP per night for two people, breakfast included. The room was comfortable and cleaned daily. The hotel itself is very nice, with a large pool and several green areas, plus a spacious restaurant where we only had breakfast. It’s about 20 minutes from Barichara. A bus goes by every 30 minutes and costs approximately $6,500 COP, or you can take a tuk-tuk for $20,000 COP, though that takes a little longer.
