The one thing I liked was the setting: the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant, close to San Silvestre shopping center and the Infantas Club. The stay itself was a mess. We arrived for check-in at 4 pm, and although they said they could hold our bags earlier, nobody answered. The receptionist who welcomed us didn't know about our reservation. Bathrooms were dirty and had no toilet paper or towels, there was a dead cockroach in the room, and the toilet was broken. The air conditioning kept shutting off, and the facilities felt worn down. There was also lots of noise until around midnight, with children yelling and furniture being dragged. I stayed Saturday, April 18, 2026, and can't recommend this hotel.

Sunday, April 19, 2026. There were cockroaches in the room and dampness throughout, and the place was completely unclean. The air conditioners were in awful shape, parts of the bathrooms were broken, and the TV had no signal. There's no sign of any repairs or renovation. DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL.

The breakfast was very mediocre, and the rooms smelled bad. Hygiene was awful: the toilet looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, and there were fleas. I'm covered in rashes and would like to report this to the health department. Honestly, the place should be shut down.

I spent two months living there, and the owner's service was really poor. She'd get irritated if you called with a question. There's no cable TV, and electricity is billed separately. Getting in or out means ringing the bell and waiting ages for someone to open. If you come back after 10 p.m., they get annoyed and charge you for the sheets and bath towels. They don't clean the room unless you pay 20,000 each time.
