Generally okay, but the kitchen was missing some items, and the shower was missing its tap.

Such a comfortable place, and the staff were really friendly. I loved it.

4/10
The internet and TV service were both poor, and the facilities were dirty and badly neglected. The bathrooms leaked, doors wouldn’t close properly, and the kitchen didn’t have enough utensils. The AC and TV remotes had dead batteries. I won’t rent from these people again.

8/10
The rates are excellent for the comfort and location, and the apartments have air conditioning, TVs, Wi-Fi, a well-equipped kitchen and good bathrooms. The assistants provide impeccable customer service. My one suggestion is to make apartment cleaning more consistent. They don’t clean unless you ask, and I’m not sure whether it’s included in the quoted price, so that should be clarified. For a modest price, it’s hard to find a better combination of location and value.

The location is good, but the facilities are badly neglected and the prices are high.
