The shower could use better pressure and temperature, and I found breakfast underwhelming. The breads and arepas didn’t taste very fresh, and there weren’t many choices. Hopefully they can improve that. On the plus side, this was the quietest room we stayed in during our Bogota trip, which counts for a lot. There’s a nice lobby and work area, and the location is great if you’ll be spending most of your time in Zona G.

My room was on a lower floor facing the street, and it was pretty noisy. The hotel has no AC or temperature control, so in hotter months it can get hot, humid, and uncomfortable. I’m not sure I’d recommend it or stay again.

The only downside was the shower, which took ages to get hot. Everything else went really well: the bed was surprisingly comfortable, breakfast tasted good, and service was very good. Check-in worked out even though I don’t speak Spanish and the front desk person didn’t speak English. He knew how to use Google Translate, which I appreciated. The location was perfect, in an area that felt safe, with lots of restaurants a short walk away. I wish I’d stayed more than one night, and I’d come back.

We had excellent service during our first stay in Bogota, and the rooms had potential. But there was construction going on constantly on the surrounding floors. More importantly, there was no AC or fan in the rooms. Opening the windows brought in too much street noise to sleep. We eventually asked for a fan; it barely worked, but was better than nothing. The service was great otherwise.
