Our booking for carnaval was cancelled three weeks before we were due to arrive, even though we’d made it a month earlier. They gave no acceptable reason beyond, «We accept only for 3 nights». Nobody contacted me or answered me. Barranquilla was fully booked by then, and they offered no solution. This is not acceptable!

The service was good and the staff friendly. The small, standard rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day. The windows didn't shut properly, though, and the street was noisy. It's also far from good places to visit.

The front desk staff were extremely incompetent. The room itself was fine, though there was no fridge or safety box. There's no elevator, and breakfast isn't included.

Everything was new and clean, and the people working there were wonderful. I'll definitely be back.

A nice place, except for the exotic bird that makes a lot of noise.
