The staff are awful. They require physical cedulas for every guest to get preauthorization, even if the guest is only there for five minutes. If the apartment owner doesn't answer, you're left waiting for hours. Stay here if you want to feel like a prisoner.

I was asked to pay an extra 57 dollars to check in at 2 pm, an hour before the stated 3 pm time. When I refused, they wouldn't honor my Booking.com reservation and canceled it, accusing me of being a liar and a thief. I didn't even want to spend a minute in their apartment after that. There was no one to greet me at the door, and when I called the number on Booking, a very rude person told me to call on WhatsApp and hung up, even though I was calling from my American phone. Really unprofessional service. Be wary, they may use this tactic to cancel your booking if they have too many reservations.

Be careful booking with them. When they’re overbooked, they may pressure you to pay more or cancel your reservation on the spot. Nobody was there to talk to at the door, and the number on the reservation reached one very rude person who seemed determined to cancel because they had excess bookings. Think twice before reserving.
