Conforta Rentals

The breakfast and service were just average, and the room looked noticeably neglected, as the photos show. With its name and location in such a quiet, exclusive area, the place initially seemed like a perfect stay. The experience turned out bittersweet, though, and it was a last-minute choice right before Easter.

The location made it easy to walk to the main attractions, and I had a wonderful stay. I felt at home from the warm welcome. My room was spacious and clean, with stylish modern decor, a very comfortable bed, and a bathroom with everything I needed. Room service was impeccable, the staff were always ready to help, and breakfast was delicious. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place.

Alex and his team gave excellent service, and the staff were friendly. The common areas were pleasant too. But there was a noticeable sweat smell on the pillows and mattress. Alex replaced the pillows for us, yet the smell remained. A more thorough cleaning, perhaps with odor-removing products, could help. Waterproof, hypoallergenic protectors for the pillows and mattresses might also prevent moisture and odors from building up. With those small improvements, guests could be even more comfortable.

Alex and his wife added thoughtful little touches that made our stay feel special. We had a wonderful few days at Alex’s: the hosts have made a room in their home that’s perfect for relaxing, and the breakfast was excellent.
