The location is excellent, and the rooms could be improved, but I would NOT recommend this hotel. The staff need attention from management, since their approach can lead to problems and maintenance issues. My parents were first put in an uncomfortable room that didn’t look like the photos. After we complained, we were moved upstairs, where the fan rattled loudly. Breakfast was the same for four days. Maybe that is all the hotel offers, or perhaps it’s the most profitable choice, but there are other menus that could be just as profitable. The receptionist needs training. A guest isn’t always right, but there should be some flexibility when it won’t affect service. A sergeant isn’t what you need at the front desk. Someone who can find solutions and alternatives would leave both sides with a better impression. Thank you!

The room I got didn’t match the photos. Water kept leaking from the shower and from a refrigeration unit inside, so the floor was constantly wet. The hotel is in a good location, but the receptionist was inefficient and paid no attention.

I heard a lot of noise, and the stay wasn’t very good. The hotel looked very different from the photos on social media.

The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the service was very friendly.
