The beds were comfortable and the shower was very good, but the rooms could use basics like a fridge or hairdryer. It was noisy both inside and outside at night, the staff were exceptionally unfriendly, and the location was decent.

The room was good and clean, though the bathroom was a bit cramped. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect, close to Provenza and plenty of nearby restaurants and bars. We’d worried about noise at night, but didn’t experience any; the nights were nice and quiet. A great stay, and I’m ready to come back.

We had a great stay, and the staff were friendly. We were on the third floor at the back, where reviews mention a lot of noise. You can definitely hear it, but I didn’t find it as bad as some people say.

The location made everything easy, with restaurants, bars, and shops all within walking distance. Poblado Park is nearby too, and excursion drivers or tour guides will most likely have you meet around there. Check-in was quick and convenient. The woman who checked me in was professional and friendly, and I appreciated her explaining everything in English. Everyone was welcoming. My room was clean and cute, and the hotel itself is beautiful. There’s a restaurant and bar upstairs with a mini pool, plus another restaurant and bar downstairs. I got here 8/14 (last Thursday). If I come back to beautiful Medellin, I’ll definitely stay at this cute little hotel again.
