There are lots of good restaurants in the area, but I’d avoid this place if you can. My room was noisy from the street, the bathroom was tiny, and the wifi was poor. The door lock broke three days ago, and after waiting an hour they were still getting a locksmith while I sat there. I asked for another room so I could sleep, but was told the hotel was full. Online, rooms were still available, which felt like a big fat lie. Be careful choosing a room too, since they use the same photo for all of them.

We could barely sleep because the windows faced a really noisy street, and the room smelled musty. The sink pipe was broken, the shower barely worked properly, and over four days they neither cleaned the room nor changed our towels. The receptionist was unfriendly and didn’t care about what we told them. The room was small, and the hotel photo they show isn’t real. Just a terrible experience, I don’t recommend it 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The reception team gave excellent service. They were friendly and attentive, ready to help with whatever you might need.

We’d tried to stay at another hotel in the group, but it was no longer available, so they suggested this one. From arrival, the receptionist was friendly and attentive. We had an issue with the shower and they moved us to another room quickly. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, with some offering AC and a kitchenette. There’s a lounge with complimentary coffee for guests, and the neighborhood is nice. Good value, too.

The rooms were very comfortable, with a lively restaurant scene all around and a large shopping mall nearby. A standard room for one person is about USD 20 and has a fan; a superior room costs USD 27 and includes air conditioning, a refrigerator, and a kitchenette. The superior room also has a small terrace with tables, chairs, a microwave, and a coffee maker. The facilities are complete and the location is excellent. They have flyers for thorough, affordable tours that pick you up and drop you at the hotel, which is more convenient than booking through an agency. Service was very good. I’d definitely return.
