The WiFi worked well, and the room was good and fairly comfortable. The hotel is close to the metro and good value. Even though it’s on a main road, it wasn’t noisy. The shower was cold at night but hot in the morning. I liked the included toiletries and bottle of water. They could provide one towel per guest instead of sharing one between two people. The pillows could be more comfortable, and I’d remove the plastic under the sheets.

The room they gave me was very damp and smelled like mould. They also charged me 6 times the amount I had booked for on booking.com. Please don’t go!

The area is nice during the day, but at night it turns into a big party. People were coming in and out of the hotel at all hours, and it was loud. We paid for 6 nights and left after 2, but they refused to refund us for the nights we chose not to stay. The place was dirty, the staff were rude, and there was mold in our shower and holes in the wall. The TV didn’t work, and our door wouldn’t shut properly. We asked for extra towels, but it took two hours and three requests to get them.

This was a frightening stay. I believe hotel staff worked with people from outside to rob guests, and that the thieves got a key to my room from someone working there. After I was robbed and lost my phone, wallet, and cards, the hotel offered no help and asked me to leave. It felt dangerous. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend staying here.

There’s usually a party going on, which makes this a fun place to be. Some rooms have windows facing outside, but when I asked to switch to one, they said they couldn’t. For better prices than Booking, check Ayenda’s website or app. You can also use the Ayenda cash you earn with each booking for a discount.
