Hotel De León Estadio

For an emergency stop, this room might do, but I wouldn't stay several days. We had a double room for four that looked comfortable at first, yet there was no hot water, no housekeeping, and the bathroom kept leaking. They said they'd repair it the next day, but nothing changed. No hairdryer was available, even to share, and there weren't any other amenities. At that price, it didn't feel like a good choice. Checkout was strange too. Another woman said our booking included an extra night. When we questioned it, we were told the room was $50,000 less than what we'd paid. The girl tried to smooth things over, but it left me thinking the other woman had claimed we were staying another night to charge us extra.

We were there for four days, and the room was never cleaned. A major leak in the bathroom went unfixed the whole time. For what it costs, the service really isn't good.

We really appreciated Dilanyi taking the time to check whether an item we'd left behind belonged to us, then returning it in perfect condition. She was attentive and always ready to help with guests' requests. My friends and I were treated very well by her, and we're grateful. Congratulations, Dilanyi, you're a great example.

The service was terrible, and I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. The place looks old and unattractive, it's hot, and traffic noise comes in from the street. There's also a bar right on the corner. Our reservation promised air conditioning, but there wasn't any, and water spills out of the sink when you use it.
