The safe in our room didn’t work, and there was no one around to help with it. That’s what kept this from being a five-star stay. Otherwise, we had a nice night here and it was great value. The hotel was clean, friendly, and conveniently placed right in or closest to Poblado/Lleras park. I recommend it.

I liked the safe area near the clubs in Provenza and Parque Lleras, and the place was clean and quiet. Our room had AC, a jacuzzi, and cable TV, and breakfast was good. The people working there were great. I’d come back, though I’d booked a room with two beds and a jacuzzi and only got one bed. The safe was broken too.

There’s no bar, which was a small inconvenience, but the hotel was spotless and close to Lleras Park and all the best restaurants. For the price range, it went well beyond what I expected. I’d recommend the property very highly.

The one good thing was the location. Daytime staff were welcoming, but the night front desk staff were rude and gave awful service. They also charge extra if you bring a guest to your room. The breakfast was horrible. The bed was super uncomfortable too, with plastic covers on the mattress and pillows that made the night really hot.

The room had no window, the quality felt super cheap, and the noise from the club next door went on until 4am. Customer service was awful too. They refused to cancel our booking even though it was for the wrong date, then charged us for both. The “breakfast” was a joke. Great location, but that’s about it. Trust me, just walk away.
