Hotel Natural

I don't usually leave reviews, but this needs to be said. I was planning to stay here for a second time. On my first visit, I thought the woman who served us might just be having a bad day. Now I know that wasn't it. The women working there had a really nasty, stuck-up attitude, and I felt unwelcome. The prices are absurd, and why are they charging for babies and toddlers? The customer service is disgusting. 😑

The staff were great, and the location gives this place a lot of potential. Still, by the time I left, the problems in my room hadn't been fixed. I booked after seeing the jacuzzi in the photos, but it didn't work. It was just a big tub without a drain plug. My original room was taken, so I ended up in another one with no air conditioning and a fan that turned side to side while its blades stayed still. With the windows open for airflow, it was noisy. The room I eventually got, which did have air conditioning, was a little better but had the same other issues. The outlets weren't firmly attached to the wall, and a plugged-in device could fall right out, which seemed like an electrical hazard. The faucets weren't secure at the sink or in the bath, the lights varied in brightness, and one was like a spotlight. The room phones didn't work, and the white walls were discolored. Maybe they'll address the problems after I leave, but that doesn't help me.

We had two relaxing nights here, and the price felt fair for what we got. The staff were very friendly, and we can't agree with the bad reviews. Thanks for a nice stay.

I stayed near the front, and it was just right for sleeping. Inside the hotel felt quite safe. Meadow Inn is in a rougher part of town, but the hotel is very cheap and works as a place to stay. I wouldn't go out late at night. During the day and early evening, though, walking around is fine and gives you a good feel for the city.
