Pretty nice for the price!

It was a horrible experience. I arrived with my daughter after transferring from San Andrés Island, with all services paid for, including transportation. The hotel was supposed to have a vehicle waiting at the airport, but we were left outside for 2 hours and 10 minutes before being picked up. At the hotel, they barely acknowledged us, then said they had no room with two beds, even though they knew that was part of our accommodation. They moved us to another hotel, where the shower knob was broken and I cut my index finger on it. Breakfast for guests runs until 9:00 a.m., but when my daughter went down at 8:30, hoping to have eggs, she was told they had run out of the eggs they'd made and wouldn't cook more. She had to choose something else.

The rooms have air conditioning, and the facilities are pleasant, clean, and orderly. We were given a room without a view, though. The hotel is downtown Barranquilla, right beside the SENA (National Learning Service) Trade and Services Center of the Atlántico Regional Office. Housekeeping staff were attentive and helpful, but the reception team's service wasn't the best and could be improved.

I'd recommend it for a short stay. The room and beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms, though a bit old, were at least clean. Breakfast was very average, and the service was just okay too.
