I felt exposed and at risk, and the whole experience was completely unacceptable. I arrived around 3:00 a.m. looking for somewhere to stay because I was visiting, didn't know the area well, and wanted to be safe. The security staff wouldn't let me in and questioned me while I was alone outside in the middle of the night. I explained that I didn't have a reservation and needed a room for the night, but had to book through Booking.com while standing outside. After I made the reservation, the guard photographed it, said he'd check with reception, then shut the door in my face without giving me any information or help. A few minutes later he came back with the receptionist, who told me the reservation started at 3:00 p.m. They showed no empathy or concern for my safety, and made no effort to find a solution or help me. A hotel that claims to offer hospitality should treat people better and take guest safety seriously. I don't recommend staying here under any circumstances.

It's a good, affordable hotel overall. The rooms are clean, the AC works, and there are closets. The staff are very friendly, and the accommodations are good 👌

The rooms were clean and nicely decorated, and it was good value for the money. The staff were the real highlight, though. I was in town during a huge football game, and they were so friendly and helpful. They arranged the regular tariff for me, which saved me a lot, and seemed happy to do it.
