2/10
A horrible place. It was dirty, the staff were rude, and there were bugs and rats everywhere.

8/10
The apartments are clean, well furnished, and reasonably priced, and the neighborhood is quiet. It’s near Fifth Avenue, a traditional avenue in the city. The only drawback for me was the check-in and check-out times.

The rooms are comfortable, and the price feels fair for the service and comfort. The attendant, Paula or Paola, was very attentive, though I can't remember exactly how her name was spelled. The service was very good.
