I was in Barranquilla on 02/06/24 at 2:10pm, looking for information about the hotel and its rooms. The person at reception seemed miserable and unhappy, didn't want to talk or help, and dodged my questions. I'm a tourist from the United States and travel to Barranquilla all the time, but this hotel doesn't deserve a dollar from me. The pictures on Google are edited and don't show what the place claims to be, especially with so much competition in that area.

The location worked well, with a mall about a 5-minute walk away and the berlinastur bus station around 20 minutes on foot. There was breakfast, air conditioning, clean beds, helpful staff, two whirlpools, and reception open 24/7. The drawbacks were old, broken gym equipment, all three machines, and an air conditioner that only had on and off, with no way to adjust it. None of the staff spoke English.
