BE CAREFUL WITH THIS PLACE! They cancelled my reservation at the last minute without telling me or giving any clear reason, and kept my money. I'm working with my bank to get it back. In my view, taking payment this way is illegal and amounts to stealing. It could even be discriminatory. From what I found while looking into it, this seems to be something the hotel does regularly. Stay at your own risk.

I paid for a booking here, then it was cancelled shortly afterward for no reason and I wasn't reimbursed. Seeing the other comments makes their way of doing business clearer to me. I'll make sure I get my money back. They seem very shady, so stay away.

I gave them my arrival time when I booked, but when I got there, several people were outside waiting for the receptionist's son to come open the door. I was lucky to have my belongings with me and could leave. The others had been standing in the sun, tired, for more than half an hour with nobody letting them in.
